From the moment you walk in the door and are welcomed by Fatima, to the time you walk out after nearly PAINLESS & almost SILENT procedures by Anitka, I feel so well taken care of. I have been going here for years and never once have been made to feel like a 'bad' patient if I don't floss enough or don't brush properly. Anitka is so passionate about her practice and loves to share what she knows about dental health, airway integrity and breathing styles. She meets you where you're at, and works WITH you to achieve the dental hygiene goals you want. Also, each and every time I attend an appointment I learn something new! This time around I found out I should alternate the side I start my brushing on.....such a simple change, but makes a difference; if you start on the same side all the time, it gets more attention, so therefore the other side might be lacking--mine was. Also, so many fun things to purchase on check out. And you will have some $$$$ left over, cuz these folks are almost always covered 100% by my dental plan....not something that ever happened before when I attended other dental clinics. I always had to cough up extra to cover the bill. I will admit to the fact that I am a bit of a CocoFloss addict. I have multiple flavours, (Floss Bosses has at least a dozen different ones), and stash them all over the house. If I see it, I use it. Nothing wrong with flossing while sitting on the couch watching garbage TV, #amiright??? If you are looking for a thorough, kinder, more 'personal connection' sort of dental hygiene experience, I recommend Floss Bosses.
